On 15th June I was the Celebrant at a ceremony at Rex Smeal Park which had been beautifully decorated and was complete with a sound system for the harpist – lovely music.  Lots of very well dressed and gorgeous Sydney guests  and a sand ceremony in which both sets of parents also participated – different and yet worked very well.  Another beautiful day in Paradise – I am so lucky.

On 14th June and 26th June I was lucky enough to act as Celebrant at two lovely weddings.  There was actually someone very well known in sporting circles attending one of these ceremonies which created a bit of interest amongst some of the other guests….

I performed a lovely wedding on 6th June at Peppers Beach Resort at Palm Cove – we had a lot of fun.

I am just about to leave to act as a Celebrant at Silky Oaks Lodge near Mossman.  What a beautiful day – looking forward to the drive up our amazing coastline – flat sea and blue, blue cloudless sky.

Last Monday I travelled by helicopter to Undine Cay to perform a lovely ceremony for an eloping couple.  We drank Moet with our feet in the sea and they felt that there was no-one else in the whole world apart from each other.   I was hoping to see some whales on our return trip but unfortunately no luck on that occasion.  The whale season has started and I am so looking forward to my next trip in the sky – hopefully to see one of these majestic creatures!

A couple of weeks ago I acted as Celebrant before a large gathering of friends and relations.  The couple were married in the gazebo and their children were part of the bridal party.  There would have been a great evening of celebrations afterwards.

I performed a surprise wedding ceremony on the beach at the Sea Temple Resort Palm Cove.  It was one of those amazing evenings – flat calm blue sea and a wonderful sunset and such a happy bride and groom.  All their guests were suitably surprised and there were lots of tears and laughter and I had a lot of fun.

I acted as Celebrant to a local couple who were married at their parent’s property in Tolga – overlooking the bush.  It was very personal and lovely but cold!
