On Sunday 26th June I drove to Thala Beach Lodge to marry a couple from NSW at the pool area of Thala Beach. 40 of their family and friends watched as the couple made their vows to each other and we had a lovely due playing music as she walked up the red carpet.
On 25th June I acted as Celebrant for a couple from Victoria and their two children in the garden of the Sea Temple Resort at Palm Cove. 5 guests were present and it was fun.
On the afternoon of 18th June I married a couple from interstate in the grounds of the bride’s parent’s home at Clifton Beach. The brides three daughters acted as flower girls and they looked lovely.
On the early morning of 18th June I married a local couple in the gardens of their home. Around 30 family and friends were there to watch them and they all went to the Yacht Club for breakfast afterwards.
At sunset on 17th June I married a couple from NSW who had two small children and the bride’s parents had flown up as well. Their ceremony was on the roof of their penthouse apartment and I enjoyed my glass of champagne afterwards.
On 17th June I drove to Port Douglas to marry a couple from S.A. on the beach. It was a fairly windy day but still beautiful and their 55 family members and friends seemed to enjoy the ceremony.
On the afternoon of 11th June I married a couple from southern Queensland in front of arond 50 family and friends in the beautiful Blue Horizon Chapel at the Hilton Hotel. They had a butterfly release in the garden after their marriage which was lovely.
On the morning of 11th June I married a local couple in the gazebo of the Cairns Colonial Club. They had around 25 wedding guests and it was a lovely day
On 7th June I took the ferry to Green Island to marry an eloping couple on the boardwalk with two members of staff from Green Island as witnesses. They read their own vows to each other and it was lovely. The bridegroom also sang a song he had written for his bride for this special day.
On 5th June I travelled up the scenic road to Port Douglas to marry a couple from ACT on the boardwalk with around 25 guests. Beautiful music from a trio as she walked towards her bridegroom.
