On Saturday 1st May I performed two weddings at the Sebel – one at lunchtme and the other later in the afternoon. The first couple had just found out that they were expecting a new arrival and they were very emotional and happy. There were no friends as they had eloped from interstate, but we had a photographer and videographer there to record their vows. Even the two witnesses were in tears when the groom said some wonderful words to his bride and I must admit that even I had to wipe away a tear myself. Such a pleasure to meet these two and a very special wedding for me.
The second wedding was for a local couple and was in front of their blended families with the bride’s son taking the photos. They were very happy with a few tears escaping during the ceremony and again it was a pleasure to be a part of their wedding.
